I’m Unapologetic About Being Unapologetic

I talk a lot about how to stand in our power as women and especially aswomen of color, given all of the barriers that we experience. Betweenbeing interrupted in meetingsto being undervalued as employees tobeing treated like objects, women of color face huge hurdles when it comes to thriving both personally and professionally.

And of course, this impacts our confidence and self-worth! Believe me, I know all about this. It took me years to develop the confidence to live with my current“I don’t give an F”attitude.

After much self-work and a relentless commitment to being my best, I can tell you this — I’m unapologetic about standing in my power. And more importantly, I’m unapologetic about being unapologetic.
